Job Description

Our client is looking for an Accountant. Recent Grads are encouraged to apply. The Accountant will be responsible to work within all aspects of accounting. Position is located in the greater Fox Valley.



 Position Responsibilities:




•        Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries to general ledger accounts



•        Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts



•        Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable



•        Backup for bi-weekly payroll



•        Assist with tasks related to software conversion



•        Additional projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor degree preferred

  • 1 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

  • Competency in MS Office, database and accounting software

  • Hands- on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

  • Attention to detail
