Are you looking to work in a professional office environment? Are you looking for a position that offers variety? Our client is looking for an individual to handle both reception and light accounting duties.

This position does require prior experience in both accounting and reception. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Schedule meetings
  • Order lunches
  • Maintain customer database
  • Handle special projects assigned by leads

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • 5+years of reception experience
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
