Job Description

Our client in the Neenah area is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team.  The position will report to the Accountant and directly assist with the day to day operations of the accounting department. Position is temp-to-hire with opportunity to grow within the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing accounts payable
  • Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
  • Work with spreadsheets to manipulate data
  • Assist in the processing of Payroll
  • Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements
  • Assist with the accounts receivable process

Job Requirements

•        Associates degree required, Bachelor degree preferred

•        1 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred

•        Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

•        Competency in MS Office, database and accounting software

•        Hands- on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

•        Attention to detail
