The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

•        The Accounting Manager will record and analyze the company’s financial information.

•        Provide financial data extraction, insight, and analysis primarily as it relates to the balance sheet accounts and reconciliation process.

•        Manage the quality and timeliness of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

•        Investigate and resolve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies.

•        Manage the global monthly QA Account Reconciliation program and results.

•        Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls.

•        Establish and manage the master data change management process related to general ledger.

•        Further review and enhancement of the global operational control environment for intercompany transactions.

•        Drive policy development while monitoring and measuring compliance across all divisions.

•        The Accounting Manager will perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

 

Requirements

•        The Accounting Manager will have 5+ years’ related experience.

•        Good working knowledge of accounting standards, account reconciliations, and month-end close experience.

•        Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.

•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

•        The Accounting Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

•        CPA required.
