Accounts Payable Associate


Full time, direct hire Accounts Payable need with a company located in Germantown. This position requires an Associates Degree in Accounting and solid work longevity within Accounts Payable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check , approve and process vendor invoices on a daily basis
  • Monitor corporate credit card accounts
  • Journal entries
  • Compile financial statement
  • Resolve vendor inquiries.
  • Reconciliations
  • Print all accounts payable reports
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3 years of prior Accounts Payable experience
  • Solid computer skills
