Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to directly support a Project Manager. Our client is a large manufacturing client in the Green Bay area. This position is a long term temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who can work independently.


•        Provide clerical level support to the Project Manager; duties may include but are not limited to copying, scanning, filing, and answering incoming calls

•        Coordinate schedules and organize events both onsite and offsite

•        Assist preparing contracts and documentation for the project manager

•        Coordinate travel arrangement for the management team

•        Handle the catering for meeting, set up rooms, maintain meeting minutes

•        Assist the accounting department with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Job Requirements

•        3+ years of administrative assistant experience; preferably supporting a project manager

•        1 year of prior experience handling accounting functions

•        Excellent computer skills

•        Strong written and oral communication

•        Strong interpersonal skills
