Job Description

Bookkeeper Are you looking to work in a small office environment where you can make an impact? Our client is looking for a skilled bookkeeping professional that is experienced with administrative tasks as well. This position is responsible for invoicing, reconciliations, as well as coordination of meetings, typing notes and correspondence as well as assisting with daily office operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with processing invoices
  • Record daily transactions
  • Reconcile and balance accounts.
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Composing letters and meeting notes
  • Work heavily within QuickBooks
  • Assist with payroll

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A minimum of an Associates Degree
  • Prior accounting and administrative experience
  • Solid longevity and work history
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Experienced with QuickBooks and Excel
