Collections Coordinator
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact and add value? Our client is looking to hire for multiple collection openings. This is a direct hire opportunity ideal for an experience business to business collector. Professional communication skills, ability to build relationships and a strong work ethic is what is needed to succeed! The company is growing and leadership is strong.
RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Manage 300-400 accounts

  • Conduct business to business collection calls

  • Obtain and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.

  • Work closely with other departments to resolve outstanding payments

  • Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.

  • Research and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.

  • Work heavily within Great Plains

  • Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.

  • Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.

  • Assist with related special projects, as required.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven success within a prior business to business collections role

  • Solid longevity

  • 1+ year of prior collections experience

  • Great Plains software experience is strongly preferred

  • Associates is preferred but not required
