Job Description

Do you enjoy being hands-on in all areas of accounting? A company I am working with is looking for 'The Accountant' to add to their team. This is a great opportunity to have hands-on involvement in all areas of the Accounting and Finance functions.

  • Manage and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

  • Maintain payroll records and provide payroll information to 3rd party provider

  • Manage monthly financials and prepare reports for upper management

  • Main point of contact for CPA firm and other 3rd party providers

  • Assist with HR responsibilities, including new-hire paperwork and employee benefits

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with all above functions

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate’s degree required

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
