Corporate Human Resources Manager



This is a newly created opportunity with a company that focuses on ethics, employee tenure and offering the opportunity for employees to make in impact.



The ideal candidate will have international HR experience. European experience is strongly preferred.



The role will focus heavily and creating consistency and interconnected HR process and procedures. As the Corporate Human Resources Manager you will also be responsible for researching and implementing a new HRIS system.
Responsibilities:


  • Review current HR policies and develop global consistency

  • Lead training, goal setting, reviews and development

  • Lead HRIS implementation

  • Recruitment

  • 5-10 years of international Human Resources experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • HRIS expert

  • Solid computer skills

  • Travel 1 week per month
