Job Description

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company that is nearly 100 years old. This company has high ethics and is known for how well it treats their employees boasting an average tenure of greater than 30 years. Our reputable client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and to promote ideas throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. This person will report to Operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Individual will have 4 direct reports, but will also take calls themselves

2. Measure metrics

3. Keep team on track to meet goals

4. Develop service procedures, policies and standards

5. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

6. Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

7. Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Management experience or experience in leading a team towards a common goal

2. Demonstrated projects which focus on metrics

3. Manufacturing experience is ideal , but not required

4. Bachelor's degree preferred
