Finance Manager (KC 25456)



Our client is a financial services technology company and they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team to oversee their Latin America territory.  With a large and growing accounting and finance team, there is significant opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.  The company boasts a team-oriented culture and provides its’ employees with excellent benefits and equips them with the tools and training necessary to succeed.



The Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:



Responsibilities:




•        The Finance Manager will assist with the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budgeting and forecasting, and accounting for the Latin America business.



•        Manage and participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.



•        Manage the annual budgeting process for the Latin America business.



•        Responsible for weekly cash forecasts for the Americas.



•        Manage pricing control for the Latin America business, including preparation of necessary bid reviews.



•        Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.



•        The Finance Manager will oversee the Latin America team including develop, lead, manage and motivate staff.



•        Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

The Finance Manager will possess the following:



Requirements:




•        The Finance Manager will have a minimum of 10+ years’ financial management experience. Experience working with Latin America countries required.



•        Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience supervising and leading a team.



•        Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and advanced Excel skills.



•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Some fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus, but not required.



•        The Finance Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.  



•        CPA a plus.
