The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


  • The Financial Analyst will conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.

  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

  • Verify the accuracy of month-end inventory counts provided by production by reviewing purchasing and manufacturing activities.

  • Assist in the development of expected material and labor usage and expanded cost factors.

  • Identify, understand, and document variances between actual and expected cost of sales.

  • Direct preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, and business forecasts.

  • Assist cost manager in ad-hoc cost analysis, costing of new parts, and annual standard setting.

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.

  • The Financial Analyst will perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Financial Analyst will possess the following:


  • The Financial Analyst will have 3+ years’ experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

  • A solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel.

  • The Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA preferred.
