Financial Analyst – Part-time

Our client is a growing real estate developer looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team.  With a large and growing accounting and finance team, there is significant opportunity for growth and advancement within the department.  The company boasts a team-oriented culture, flexible hours, an easy-going work environment and provides its’ employees with the tools and training necessary to succeed.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


  • The Financial Analyst will conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
  • Create and perform real estate financial and market analysis for the company’s real estate acquisition, development, and investment activities.
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
  • Direct preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, and business forecasts as requested.
  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
  • The Financial Analyst will perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

The Financial Analyst will possess the following:


  • The Financial Analyst will have 1-3 years’ experience. Real estate industry experience strongly desired.
  • General accounting experience with strong GAAP and financial statement experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills including advanced working knowledge of Excel.
  • The Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
