HR Accounting Specialist 

A growing manufacturing company in the greater Madison area is seeking a HR Accounting Specialist to join their team! This role is unique in that it incorporates a variety of daily duties that includes both human resources and accounting. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, a self-starter, and willing to step in and help where needed. Please apply below for immediate consideration!  Responsibilities: 

•Preparing and entering of payroll on a bi-weekly basis  

•Tracking of employee PTO and attendance 

•Maintaining organization of staff by determining staffing needs  

•Recruiting, hiring, and new employee training 

•Maintaining health and safety compliance 

•Assisting with other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field required

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in human resources 

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
