Job Description

Our retail client in Racine County is seeking an immediate HR Generalist in a temporary, possibly temp to hire capacity. Ideal candidate will possess at least 2-5 years of Generalist experience with exposure to ADP. Are you ready to join this growing, family-oriented team?   • Benefits administration.     
  • Employee relations such has hiring, terminations, performance evaluation programs, etc.
  • Update processes and procedures related to the HR programs.
  • Support the HR team in implementing programs to help improve the company.
  • Back-up to payroll using ADP.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned. 

Job Requirements

•       At least 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience

•       Bachelor’s in HR highly preferred

•       Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS’ a plus

•       Excellent communication skills

•       Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment
