Our client in the greater Fox Valley area is seeking a Human Resource Specialist. This is a great opportunity to continue to develop your career, the role will provide a nice variety of HR functions supporting the local team.  Position is temporary in nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones for the HR department
  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Assist in the on-boarding process, orienting new employees to the organization
  • Maintaining current HR files and database
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reporting using the HR system
  • Assist with projects from the benefits administrator


    Job Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related degree
    • 1+ year of prior office experience is required
    • Strong Excel skills is required
    • Adept at problem-solving, ability to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly with employees and management team
