Human Resources Manager
Are you looking for the next step in your career? This position offers the opportunity to shape departments and employee experience. Our client located in Germantown is rapidly growing and recently went through an acquisition. This position will require Illinois travel every two weeks.
The position will focus heavily on creating synergies between two Human resources departments. Projects will include but are not limited to performance cycles, compensation and talent management and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have large company manufacturing experience and solid longevity. 
Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • Improve process and procedures

  • Work closely with leadership team

  • Handle employee relations

  • Investigate employee law

  • Supervise HR generalists

  • Coaching, mentoring and responsible for performance improvement















Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA is strongly preferred, but not required

  • 5+ years of HR work experience

  • 5+ years working within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Workday is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent written verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Solid computer skills
