Human Resources Manager

Are you looking for that next step in your career? This position is ideal for a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager. Our client is looking for a professional experienced with handling day to day HR operational tasks. The position requires prior manufacturing industry experience as well as a degree in HR. Responsibilities:

  • Support all Human Resource activities including employee relations, training/development, benefits, reporting and compliance, talent acquisition, succession planning.
  • Tackle special HR projects
  • Help manage candidates through the interviewing process
  • Oversee payroll function
  • Supervisory responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage multiple HR databases and filing systems.
  • Work with managers to implement new policies, procedures and initiatives. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


 

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Human Resources Degree
  • 6+years of HR experience within a manufacturing company
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proven work history
  • Strong software skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and out on the plant floor
