Human Resources Manager
Are you looking for the next step in your career? Our client located in Germantown is rapidly growing and recently went through an acquisition.
We are recruiting for a technically sound HR professional that is experienced within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have large company experience and solid longevity. This position will focus heavily on succession planning and requires about 25% travel.
Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment

  • Compensation and benefits administration

  • Improve process and procedures

  • Work closely with leadership team

  • Supervise HR generalists

  • Coaching, mentoring and responsible for performance improvement















Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA is strongly preferred, but not required

  • 8+ years of HR work experience

  • 5+ years working within a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent written verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Solid computer skills
