Job Description

Our client in the Fox Valley area is looking for an Insurance Plan Administrator to join their team. This person will help to administer insurance program to customers and maintain accurate records within database.




Responsibilities:


  • Enter and maintain patient-related information and ensure accuracy within database

  • Field incoming calls and answer customer questions regarding insurance policies

  • Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely fashion

  • Work closely with IT staff to maintain and update website

  • Prepare reports for upper management using Excel on other software systems

  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of administrative support experience within the insurance or healthcare industry

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
