Our client in Waukesha County is looking to add a new individual to their Accounting team as soon as possible! This role is perfect for someone who doesn't want to work the full 40 hour work weeks but still wants to have a meaningful career. This role is a split between mainly administrative duties and some light accounting work. Great benefits and good culture! Responsibilities:
- Organize office procedures and operations 
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare journal entries
- Schedule meetings and appointments 
- Data entry
- Financial statement reviews
- Maintain filing standards
- Maintain the office condition
- Troubleshoot software issues


Job Requirements

- Associate's degree in Accounting a plus
- Attention to detail
- Communicate effectively 
- Intermediate Excel skills
