Job Description

Our tech company north of Germantown is seeking a permanent part-time Accounting Assistant. The approximate hours are 20 per week at 3 to 4 days per week. At least 2 years of accounts receivable and payable experience required and QuickBooks experience a plus. Please send resume for immediate consideration. Responsibilities:


  • Generate all AR invoices and prepare bank deposits

  • Assist with processing of accounts payable invoices

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

  • File, maintain records and assist with ordering supplies for office.

  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Payable experience.

  • QuickBooks software experience a plus.

  • Ability to use MS Office products at an intermediate level specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.

  • HS Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred.

  • Effectively time manage and work with urgency.
