New, part-time opportunity through Baker Tilly Search & Staffing!



Our client is looking to add a new individual to their Accounting team as soon as possible! This role is perfect for someone who doesn't want to work the full 40 hour work weeks but still wants to have a meaningful career. While this role is split is between Office Manager and Accounting duties, this individual must have their Associate's degree in Accounting.




Responsibilities 


- Process Accounts Payables and Receivables


- Reconcile bank statements 


- Prepare journal entries 


- Schedule meetings and appointments  


- Organize office procedures and operations  


- Maintain filing standards 


- Maintain the office condition 


- Troubleshoot software issues
