Senior Accountant (KK25459)

The Senior Accountant will perform general accounting functions of the company including, but not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Accountant will prepare monthly financial reporting and assist with transmission of monthly financial results.

  • Assist in the preparation of SEC quarterly and annual reports and review and support all disclosures in SEC filings.

  • Monitor industry/regulatory changes with respect to accounting standards adopted by the company, and develop new processes and policies to accommodate accordingly.

  • Perform general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expenses.

  • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures that are in compliance with applicable government regulations (SOX, GAAP, IFRS).

  • Assist in financial statement preparation through performing consolidating journal entries, foreign currency translation and revaluation, and by maintaining the trial balance.

  • Assist with annual internal and external financial statement audits.

  • Calculate and issue financial analysis of the financial statements.

  • Proactive ownership role in continuous process improvements as it relates to the company’s internal controls, process memos and control matrices.

  • Back-up duties assigned to other members of the finance team.

  • The Senior Accountant will perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Senior Accountant will possess the following:


  • The Senior Accountant will have 3+ years’ general accounting experience. Public accounting experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.

  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Experience with SAP strongly preferred.

  • The Senior Accountant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field.

  • CPA or pursuing CPA certification preferred.
