Senior Accountant (KK27251)

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities for multiple entities in the group. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Accountant will interpret operating results as they affect the organization and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain fixed asset accounting records and ensure their reconciliation to the general ledger.
  • Coordinate fixed asset physical audits in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage lease accounting including payment schedules and IFRS reporting.
  • Analyze complex accounting issues and provide feedback to team members.
  • Complete financial reports and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Lead the monthly close process including account reconciliations, journal entries, and coordinate timely and accurate submission of financial results.
  • Coordinate research and resolution for all reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate accrual and timely payment of real estate and property taxes.
  • Assist with annual external audit, including providing support schedules.
  • The Senior Accountant will work with the global team to develop and implement global policies, controls, and standards.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Senior Accountant will possess the following:


  • The Senior Accountant will have 3-5 years’ accounting experience; manufacturing experience a plus. Experience working with a global company preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated and working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • The Senior Accountant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
