Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:




RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

  • Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.

  • Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, and business forecasts.

  • Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables.

  • Acquisition accounting including integration to monthly and quarterly close process.

  • Complete various consolidated balance sheet analysis.

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.

  • Prepare SEC and other external financial reports including preparation of financial statement footnote schedules.

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with other duties and ad hoc reporting as needed.

Job Requirements

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have 5-7+ years’ experience; public accounting and manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of GAAP.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting systems.

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA preferred.
