Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a mix of financial reporting and other analytical projects and provide that information to business leaders.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the Supply Chain team and assist with the development of the annual business plan and monthly forecast.

  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

  • Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.

  • Assist with modeling improvements and with departmental process efficiencies.

  • Assist in the month-end close process and preparing monthly reporting.

  • Review the monthly balance sheet for accuracy and the effectiveness of internal controls for various business cycles.

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, an d prepare recommendations regarding financial plans

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will support and mentor other financial analysts, leadership development associates, and interns.

Job Requirements

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have 3-5+ years’ related experience; manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Experience with ERP systems preferred.  

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.

  • CPA or working towards CPA certification preferred.
