The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a mix of financial reporting and other analytical projects and provide that information to business leaders.  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in developing, modifying, and maintaining financial models to generate long-term forecasts or analysis.
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.
  • Lead quarterly rolling-forecast input and output meetings, developing a strong knowledge of the company product line.
  • Monitor and forecast of working capital. Close liaison with key business partners to develop actions to manage working capital effectively and meet targets.
  • Summarize monthly results, through presentation to senior management, with support from finance team to investigate variances from forecast/budget.
  • Work with Cost Accounting team in the analysis of manufacturing variances and with the relevant business areas to address recurring issues.
  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
  • Preparation of responses to ad hoc financial analysis requests on a timely basis.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have 7+ years’ financial planning & analysis experience. Experience with a global company a plus.
  • Strong analytic/data analysis and modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.  
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Equivalent professional work experience will be considered.
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
