Senior Financial Analyst (SK24047)

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

  • Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.

  • Participate in the preparation of the SEC quarterly and annual filings (10-Q and 10-K) and quarterly earnings press release.

  • Oversee accounting and forecasting functions for stock-based compensation plans, including recording of the monthly calculation of stock compensation expense.

  • Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.

  • Monitor new accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements, including analysis of the impacts to the Company and communication of key matters to company-wide business partners.

  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with other duties and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.

Job Requirements


The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have 3-5 years’ related experience in an external reporting role.

  • Strong, current knowledge of US GAAP accounting and SEC rules and regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.  Experience with ERP systems preferred.

  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA a plus.

  • CPA certified or eligible preferred.
