Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic decisions in the areas of potential mergers and acquisitions, budget planning, and capital expenditures. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
  • Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.
  • Assist with modeling improvements and with departmental process efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights on ad hoc projects for CEO, CFO, and Strategy Team.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:


  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have 7+ years’ financial planning and analysis experience. Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial knowledge of analysis, trending and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel; SAP or Hyperion experience a plus.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
