The Senior IT Auditor will oversee risk-based internal audits of information technology systems and processes throughout the company’s international and domestic organizations. The Senior IT Auditor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The Senior IT Auditor will oversee IT systems and business processes throughout the company’s international and domestic organizations.

  • Inspect accounting systems to determine their efficiency and protective value.

  • Develop and execute risk-based audit programs, procedures, and techniques for auditable activities.

  • Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in controls, duplication of effort, extravagance, fraud, or lack of compliance with laws, government regulations, and management policies or procedures.

  • Communicate notification of audit, status updates, audit results, etc. to process owners.

  • Partner with clients to find constructive and value-added recommendations for improving operations.

  • Identify control gaps and other areas of heightened risk exposure related to governance, risk management and internal controls within IT processes.

  • The Senior IT Auditor will perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Senior IT Auditor will possess the following:



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • The Senior IT Auditor will have 3-5+ years’ progressive IT audit experience. Experience in public accounting a plus.

  • Practical experience assessing risk and implementing mitigating internal controls.

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization. Foreign language skills a plus.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Experience with SAP a plus.

  • The Senior IT Auditor will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or other business related field. MBA a plus.

  • CISA, CISSP, CIA, and/or CPA preferred.

  • Willingness to travel 15-30% to both international and domestic locations.
