The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:



RESPONSIBILITIES




•        The Treasury Analyst will work with the Lead Treasury Analysts, Accountants and Financial Analysts to ensure accurate financial records.



•        Prepare monthly journal entries and complete account reconciliations to ensure integrity of information in the general ledger.



•        Assist with cash flow forecasting and policy and procedures development.



•        Prepare cash register, cash sheet for checking account and cash book for bank accounts.



•        Report investment activity to the Director of Finance, AVP of Finance and CFO for invested assets.



•        Provide customer support to treasury customers through emails, phone calls and in-person inquiry.



•        Participate in treasury related projects including performing tasks such as bank payments, monitoring account balances and transferring of funds.



•        The Treasury Analyst will perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



  • The Treasury Analyst will have 3+ years’ accounting experience. Insurance or healthcare industry experience a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Experience in cash management and knowledge of investment software.

  • The Treasury Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field.
